Key Responsibilities
- Support the retail management team in daily operational tasks and coordination.
- Coordinate with various internal and external departments to ensure smooth retail facility operations.
- Assist in managing inventory, supplies, and equipment for all retail outlets.
- Monitor operational efficiency and proactively identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Ensure strict compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Handle administrative duties including documentation, scheduling, and reporting related to retail operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in operations coordination, preferably within the retail sector.
- Strong organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of effective collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work effectively and maintain composure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
