Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control.
- Implement and optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all warehouse activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external supply chain partners for smooth logistics flow.
- Manage warehouse staff, including training, performance monitoring, and scheduling.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for accurate inventory tracking and reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics, preferably in the energy or chemical sectors.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, warehousing best practices, and supply chain principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding operational environment.
- Proficiency in relevant warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office Suite.
