Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily fleet status (rented, available, under maintenance).
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules and ensure adherence.
- Coordinate daily with technicians and drivers.
- Use company systems (ERP / spreadsheets) to track fleet and operations data.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and costs.
Requirements
- Experience in equipment rental, construction, machinery, or fleet operations.
- Practical understanding of maintenance and operational workflows.
- Basic mechanical knowledge (diesel, electrical, or hydraulics is an advantage).
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working in an operational / yard environment.
