Key Responsibilities
- Manage a Network Operation Center, ensuring smooth operations.
- Communicate with client’s top management and resolve complex problems.
- Manage escalations and SLAs, ensuring timely resolution.
- Report and drive Service Business Review Sessions, providing data on ticket trends and performance metrics.
- Manage recommendations for improving service delivery.
- Manage staff, including work assignment, performance management, and recruitment.
