Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of holiday home rentals, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Manage property maintenance schedules and ensure high standards of cleanliness and upkeep.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize occupancy rates and revenue performance.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences by upholding superior hospitality and customer service standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate the operational team to achieve performance goals.
• Ensure full compliance with Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) regulations.

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the hospitality or real estate sector.
