    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage internal operations, ensuring tasks are allocated effectively across design, technical, and support teams.
    • Monitor project timelines, workloads, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution and on-time completion.
    • Oversee tender and bid submissions, maintaining compliance, deadlines, and documentation quality.
    • Manage contracts, invoicing cycles, and client documentation with accuracy and timely follow-up.
    • Develop, refine, and implement operational systems and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity across the company.
    • Act as the central coordination point for project status, team communication, and client updates.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or Senior Project/Operations Coordinator within an interior design, architecture, or construction environment.
    • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and operational workflows specific to design-focused organizations.
    • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
    • Proficiency in project and workflow management tools (Asana, Trello, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder groups simultaneously with accuracy and control.
    • Knowledge of tenders, contracts, and invoicing processes is a strong advantage.
