    Masdar (Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company) is seeking an Operations Manager to manage the operations of BESS Proc Co, including qualification testing, pre-production tests, testing, and quality assurance. You will also manage third-party inspection agencies and the production process of purchased technologies.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the operations of BESS Proc Co, including qualification testing and quality assurance.
    • Manage third-party inspection agencies to ensure components meet specifications.
    • Manage the production process of purchased technologies.
    • Manage the qualification process of suppliers, technologies, and production lines.
    • Manage and monitor the manufacturing and transportation schedule.
    • Manage the finance process, including opening LCs, reviewing documentation, and managing cash flow.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or finance or related field.
    • 6-8 years of experience in contracts and purchasing in a large organization.
    • At least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
    • Knowledge of financial, legal, and corporate responsibility matters.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong research and analytical skills.
