Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of high-end fit-out projects.
• Manage project processes and documentation.

Requirements

• Strong UAE experience in fit-out and luxury residential projects.
• Ideally developer-side background with solid experience of main contractor processes.
• Confident dealing with consultants, main contractor, documentation, and site processes.
• Strong architectural understanding, able to read and mark up drawings.
• Experienced with inspection reports, payment applications, material submittals, and progress tracking.
