Key Responsibilities
- Manage and allocate resources efficiently, including vehicles, drivers, and equipment.
- Liaise with customers, clients, and drivers to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve issues.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and achieve organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to bulk transport operations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies and company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of similar experience in road transport operations.
- Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance, journey-related risks, and HSE procedures.
- Sufficient knowledge in HSE and driver training to handle DG product and behavioral safety.
- Ability to communicate performance standards and provide counseling and recognition as needed.
- Thorough working knowledge of site operating systems to ensure operational compliance.
- Ability to understand the relationship between decision-making and profitability.
