Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Foster strong guest relations by reviewing feedback and ensuring team adherence to service standards.
- Drive consistent implementation of service standards and take corrective action where necessary.
- Monitor outlet profitability, identify operational gaps, and implement effective improvements.
- Lead team development through training, coaching, and performance management.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role within a 5-star luxury property or fine-dining establishment.
- Fluency in English, with knowledge of an additional language preferred.
- Strong financial acumen with proven skills in budgeting and cost control.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a multi-cultural team.
- Strong F&B background is essential.
