    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
    • Foster strong guest relations by reviewing feedback and ensuring team adherence to service standards.
    • Drive consistent implementation of service standards and take corrective action where necessary.
    • Monitor outlet profitability, identify operational gaps, and implement effective improvements.
    • Lead team development through training, coaching, and performance management.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and promotional activities.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role within a 5-star luxury property or fine-dining establishment.
    • Fluency in English, with knowledge of an additional language preferred.
    • Strong financial acumen with proven skills in budgeting and cost control.
    • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a multi-cultural team.
    • Strong F&B background is essential.
