Key Responsibilities

• Perform hand-packing and machine-feed tasks to prepare customer orders according to packing instructions and product specifications.
• Label, code, and prepare parcels for shipment ensuring accurate batch/expiry marking and correct documentation for each consignment.
• Palletize and secure packed goods using shrink-wrap and strapping to meet transport and handling standards.
• Carry out basic quality checks: inspect product condition, packaging integrity, and report defects or discrepancies immediately.
• Support inventory flow: move materials between staging, packing and dispatch areas and assist with cycle counts as required.
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols, maintain clean workstations, and wear required PPE to meet on-site compliance standards.

Requirements

• Must be able to perform hand packing.
• Experience with palletizing.
• Knowledge of shrink-wrapping techniques.
• Familiarity with product labeling.
• Basic quality inspection skills.
