Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and smoothing uneven areas.
• Mix paints to match specified colors and apply paints using brushes, rollers, or spray guns.
• Ensure proper ventilation and safety measures are followed during painting activities.
• Maintain and clean painting equipment and tools.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff to coordinate painting schedules and projects.
