Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting, reviewing, and organising commercial contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents.
  • Managing corporate governance tasks across onshore and freezones in the UAE.
  • Assisting with regulatory submissions, licence renewals, and compliance documentation.
  • Conducting legal research on UAE and international laws relevant to our business model.
  • Maintaining the contract management system and ensuring documents are up-to-date.
  • Helping to draft internal policies, templates, and playbooks to streamline legal workflows.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in law or related field from a recognised university (LLB preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience as a paralegal in a top law firm, financial institution, or fintech in the UAE.
  • A solid understanding of UAE commercial, corporate, and regulatory law.
  • Great organisational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
