Trowers & Hamlins is seeking a Paralegal (Arabic Speaking) to advise clients on a diverse range of local company commercial matters within the UAE including Free Zones and help review commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising on a wide range of company secretarial matters.
• Advising on the incorporation of entities within the UAE.
• Assisting on drafting commercial agreements.
• Assisting on drafting and amending memorandum and articles of association.
• Building, maintaining and developing client relationships.
• Pro-active participation in marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Directly relevant paralegal experience gained at a recognised and busy corporate practice from an international law firm.
• Law degree/ law conversion and LPC/SQE holder.
• Strong research, drafting and organisational skills.
• Excellent spoken and written Arabic and English skills.
• Commitment to exceeding client expectations.
• Can do, hardworking and flexible approach.
