Natobotics, a boutique IT and consulting firm specializing in cloud transformation, digital experience, and software development, is looking for a Part-Time HR Manager in Stuttgart, Germany. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who can manage HR operations locally while collaborating with the global HR team. Working two days per week, the HR Manager will ensure compliance with German labor laws and provide strong support to employees in the region.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations for Germany-based employees.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Oversee employment contracts, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with German labor laws, HR regulations, and GDPR standards.
- Coordinate payroll with external providers.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and grievance resolution.
- Partner with global HR and management teams to align HR practices with company goals.
- Assist with recruitment, including screening, interviewing, and compliance for local hires.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner in Germany.
- Strong expertise in German labor law and HR compliance.
- Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
- Flexibility to work part-time (2 days per week) with availability for urgent matters.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within international or global organizations.
- Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration in Germany.
- HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent).
