Chalhoub Group is seeking a Part Time Receptionist to manage front office operations, handle calls, dispatch mail, and provide information to visitors and staff. This role is exclusively for UAE Nationals as part of the Emiratisation program.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate the telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and forward calls.
- Provide information about the establishment, including location and working hours.
- Greet visitors, determine the nature of their visit, and direct or escort them.
- Receive, sort, and route mail, courier, and deliveries.
- Maintain up-to-date telephone lists and staff locations.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and collating.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written English. Arabic is an advantage.
- Warm, friendly, and welcoming attitude with professional customer service skills.
- Basic computer proficiency in email, Microsoft Office, or Google Suite.
- Punctual, organized, and able to balance work with academic commitments.
- Must be a UAE National holding a family book.
