Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and clients across Europe.
  • Drive customer success initiatives, ensuring clients maximize value from Stream’s solutions.
  • Onboard new partners and customers, providing comprehensive training and support.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for strategic client accounts, addressing their needs and feedback.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to enhance customer experience and product offerings.
  • Monitor customer health and identify opportunities for growth, upselling, and retention.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in partner management or customer success, preferably within the SaaS or restaurant tech industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of online ordering systems and POS integration.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
