Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with Independent Hardware Vendors (IHVs).
- Drive sales growth and expand market share through effective IHV alliances.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners, fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure partner success.
- Negotiate and execute complex partnership agreements and contracts.
- Monitor and report on partner performance against agreed-upon targets and KPIs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in partner sales, channel management, or alliance management, preferably with IHVs.
- Strong understanding of the open-source ecosystem, Linux distributions, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a remote-first, globally distributed team environment.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales or partnership targets.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
