Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with new and existing FinTech clients.
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities within the payments, crypto, and Web3 sectors.
  • Effectively present Evotym’s comprehensive recruitment, executive search, and outstaffing solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal talent acquisition teams to ensure successful placements.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute significantly to revenue growth.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics within FinTech and talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales, preferably within recruitment or the FinTech industry.
  • Strong understanding of the FinTech, Web3, Payments, or Crypto ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain robust client relationships.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales enablement tools.
