    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership and influencer strategy to expand Afina’s market reach.
    • Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with key influencers, affiliates, and strategic brand partners.
    • Negotiate terms and contracts with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial collaborations.
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of partnership campaigns, optimizing for ROI.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencer marketing platforms.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams to align partnership initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience (5+ years) in partnership management, influencer marketing, or business development, preferably in e-commerce.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance metrics.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with a hands-on approach.
    • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness.
