Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers within partner organizations.
- Run regular sync calls, meetings, and business reviews with partners.
- Conduct or organize training sessions, workshops, and presentations for partner teams.
- Align and document joint goals, action plans, and KPIs.
- Monitor partner activity (leads, engagement, active customers/users).
- Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the partner channel.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in partnership management, account management, or related roles.
- Proven track record of managing and growing partner relationships and driving partner-led revenue.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor KPIs and report on partner performance.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
