    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement comprehensive partnership strategies aligned with IRC’s mission and objectives.
    • Identify, cultivate, and manage strong relationships with key donors, governmental bodies, NGOs, and private sector stakeholders.
    • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and compliance with organizational policies.
    • Monitor partnership performance, prepare reports, and ensure effective communication with partners.
    • Represent the International Rescue Committee at relevant forums, conferences, and networking events.
    • Collaborate closely with internal program and fundraising teams to ensure successful program delivery and resource mobilization.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience (5+ years) in partnership development, business development, or resource mobilization, preferably within the humanitarian or non-profit sector.
    • Strong understanding of fundraising, donor relations, and grant management principles.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a complex, fast-paced, and challenging environment.
    • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian is a significant advantage.
    • Deep commitment to the IRC’s mission, values, and humanitarian principles.
