Key Responsibilities

• Manage and provide customer care to travelers.
• Assist passengers at the ticket counter, gateway, and luggage locations.
• Check passengers onto flights and check in their luggage.
• Ensure luggage is properly labeled for correct aircraft placement.
• Make announcements to customers regarding gate changes or flight arrivals.
• Handle customer complaints related to flight schedules and fares.
