Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the accurate and timely processing of weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payrolls.
  • Maintain and update payroll records by entering new hires, changes in pay rates, and terminations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll legislation and company policies.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and benefits.
  • Prepare payroll reports for management and accounting departments.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless information flow.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
