    Key Responsibilities

    • Process payroll accurately and efficiently for clients in Malta.
    • Ensure strict compliance with all local labor laws, tax regulations, and social security contributions.
    • Maintain precise and confidential payroll records and reports.
    • Address and resolve employee payroll inquiries and discrepancies promptly.
    • Collaborate closely with internal accounting and HR teams to ensure seamless operations.
    • Assist in year-end payroll procedures and audits.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Payroll Officer or in a similar payroll-related role.
    • Solid understanding of Malta’s labor laws, tax regulations, and social security systems.
    • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client payrolls.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
