Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate salary processing in line with internal policies and UAE labour laws.
- Maintain employee records within Oracle Fusion, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with Human Capital and Finance teams on compensation planning and budgeting.
- Administer payroll adjustments, deductions, benefits, and end-of-service settlements.
- Process annual bonuses, promotions, and increments based on performance appraisals.
- Prepare reports, respond to audits, and provide guidance on payroll and benefits matters.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in payroll, compensation, or benefits administration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR and payroll policies, UAE labour law, and HC systems.
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion or similar HRIS software.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and time-management skills.
