Job Overview
Eaton is seeking a PCBA Test Design Development Engineer to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for PCBA structural test development, designing, developing, and implementing test solutions for our printed circuit board products.

Key Responsibilities
- Interact with R&D groups to develop structural test strategies for printed circuit boards.
- Develop test fixtures including hardware and software for full test automation.
- Ensure the quality and reliability of our products by working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Provide technical support to manufacturing including hands-on debug of test systems.
- Contribute to project plans by providing time-scale estimates.
- Collaborate with various functional skills in test development planning and execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering / Engineering Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of related experience or 2+ years working Test Design Engineering or similar.
- Proven track record in a test development environment including knowledge in bed of nails functional testing.
- Experience in programming- NI Teststand or Labview.
- Strong understanding of Electronics Components.
