Key Responsibilities
- Educate and engage peers within the MSM & TG communities on TB and HIV prevention, testing, and treatment.
- Provide comprehensive support for adherence to treatment regimens and assist with referrals to care services.
- Conduct regular outreach activities to raise awareness and distribute health information materials.
- Facilitate group discussions and individual counseling sessions on health topics.
- Document daily activities and contribute to program reporting requirements.
- Advocate for the health needs and rights of the MSM & TG population.
Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse individuals.
