    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate with the central preboarding team to receive all new joiners upon joining.
    • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and day-to-day workplace issues.
    • Coordinate manpower movements with Heads of Department and Project Teams in line with approved plans.
    • Maintain a master offboarding tracker and ensure exit clearances are completed prior to the final working day.
    • Maintain HR trackers, dashboards, and databases using Excel and HR systems.
    • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and visa arrangements for employee mobilization, including assignments outside the UAE.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 3–4 years’ experience in a People & Culture or HR role.
    • Working knowledge of UAE and KSA labor laws, visa processes, and employment regulations.
    • Strong organizational and follow-up skills with high attention to detail.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on confidentiality and professionalism.
