Key Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to and continual improvement of Anantara HR operational policies and processes.
- Assist in all activities concerning the sourcing & recruitment of staff, performance management, staff discipline, and administration.
- Coordinate all matters of work permits and visas.
- Implement corporate policies and procedures on compensation and benefits.
- Assist in communication of key messages to all staff.
- Maintain a positive relationship with staff representatives and ensure any employee grievances are monitored and resolved.
Requirements
- College diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
- Previous experience in People & Culture role.
- Proficient in computer applications and skilled in creating posters and visual materials.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, reliable, and able to work with a team.
