Requirements
- Proven experience in HRIS and data governance roles within a complex organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in leading HRIS platforms such as Workday or SuccessFactors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for global collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
