Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws.
- Support talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Manage employee data, benefits administration, and HR information systems effectively.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment for all staff members.
- Collaborate with leadership to align People Operations strategies with business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a People Operations or similar HR leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation in Egypt and the MENA region.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive approach to identifying and implementing HR improvements.
