    Job Overview

    As People Operations Specialist, you will own and execute the day-to-day people operations that keep qlub running smoothly across multiple regions. This role is highly operational and hands-on, with responsibility for employee lifecycle management, onboarding and offboarding, HR systems and documentation, engagement initiatives, and support for junior-level recruiting.
    You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the PeopleOps department to ensure our people processes are scalable, compliant, and consistently executed as we continue to grow globally.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support full-cycle recruitment for junior roles including sourcing, screening, and candidate experience coordination.
    • Own new-hire onboarding end-to-end: access setup, equipment coordination, Day-1 experience, and check-in cadence.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data and HR documentation across all regions via the HR systems.
    • Manage employee engagement initiatives, including eNPS surveys, reporting insights, and supporting follow-up actions.
    • Assist in resolving employee relations issues confidentially and effectively.

    Requirements

    • Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Fluency in English is a must.
    • Understanding of HR operations, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and compliance.
    • Experience in supporting recruitment processes, conducting screenings, and managing documentation.
    • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
