Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal company regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR People Partner or HR Advisor, ideally in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employee relations, and labor legislation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple HR priorities effectively.
- A proactive approach and a passion for building a strong, supportive people-centric culture.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
