    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across channels like Google Ads, social media, and affiliate networks.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
    • Support in the creation and testing of ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign data, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing strategies.
    • Contribute to regular reporting on campaign performance and key metrics.

    Requirements

    • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Strong interest in digital marketing, performance marketing, and the fintech industry.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with marketing analytics tools is a plus.
