Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for executives.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other important documents.
  • Act as a primary point of contact, screening calls and managing communications efficiently.
  • Assist with project coordination and follow-up on tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and confidential records with utmost discretion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably within the media or consulting sector.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant office software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional and discreet demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
