Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for executives.
- Arrange domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other important documents.
- Act as a primary point of contact, screening calls and managing communications efficiently.
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain organized filing systems and confidential records with utmost discretion.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably within the media or consulting sector.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant office software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional and discreet demeanor.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
