Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with various administrative tasks to ensure the efficient functioning of the office.
- Act as a primary point of contact, screening calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
