Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for executives.

- Act as a primary point of contact, screening calls and managing communications professionally.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other internal documents as required.
- Process expense reports and manage petty cash in adherence to company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
