    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for executives.

    • Act as a primary point of contact, screening calls and managing communications professionally.
    • Prepare presentations, reports, and other internal documents as required.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
