Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to assigned executives.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel logistics.
- Handle communication, including emails and calls, with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents for eCommerce initiatives.
- Organize and maintain office systems and databases efficiently.
- Coordinate special projects and events as needed, particularly those related to online commerce.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in an eCommerce or fast-paced industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with digital tools.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
