    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to assigned executives.
    • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel logistics.
    • Handle communication, including emails and calls, with discretion and professionalism.
    • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents for eCommerce initiatives.
    • Organize and maintain office systems and databases efficiently.
    • Coordinate special projects and events as needed, particularly those related to online commerce.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in an eCommerce or fast-paced industry.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with digital tools.
    • High level of discretion, integrity, and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
