Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize the CEO’s complex calendar, appointments, and travel logistics.
  • Handle highly confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare, proofread, and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for high-profile clients and partners on behalf of the CEO.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to facilitate the CEO’s strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives.
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Superior communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding, and dynamic luxury business environment.
