Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Emily’s calendar, travel, and appointments.
• Act as the first point of contact for communications, internally and externally.
• Liaise professionally with VIP clients, partners, and media teams.
• Support daily operations, events, social media shoots, and press activities.
• Handle confidential information with absolute discretion.
• Coordinate personal tasks and lifestyle management with precision.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant (experience in luxury, fashion, or media preferred).
• Exceptional organisation, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proactive mindset — able to work independently and anticipate next steps.
• Tech-savvy, with strong familiarity with scheduling and productivity tools.
• Discreet, trustworthy, and emotionally intelligent.
• Polished and professional presentation in line with luxury standards.
