Key Responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.
- Handle emails, correspondence, and calls, acting as a key point of contact.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements including itineraries, accommodation, and transportation.
- Organize meetings and events, including minute-taking and follow-ups.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and support ad hoc projects.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- High level of discretion, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
