    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
    • Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
    • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the Director.
    • Assist with special projects and initiatives, conducting research and compiling data as needed.
    • Ensure efficient flow of information and maintain confidentiality of sensitive matters.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably to a senior executive.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
