    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and monitor appointments, meetings, and trainings, ensuring schedules are logged and traced.
    • Set up and maintain a filing system, updating the index of files and forms regularly.
    • Prepare time sheets and maintain leave records for the Leadership Team.
    • Take minutes during meetings, ensure accuracy, and distribute them appropriately.
    • Handle incoming calls and information, obtaining relevant details and forwarding them to the appropriate personnel.
    • Ensure monthly critiques and month-end reports are completed on time.

    Requirements

    • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in executive secretarial work with multinational companies.
    • Effective telephone communication skills.
    • Above-average proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
    • Excellent fluency in English (written and spoken).
