Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager.
- Manage the General Manager’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and correspondence for various stakeholders.
- Act as a primary liaison between the General Manager and internal departments or external contacts.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain organized records.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the General Manager.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to senior management.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all tasks.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
