Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Ambassador.
- Manage the Ambassador’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and draft correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and official visits.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a personal assistant, ideally in an international or diplomatic environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in office software (MS Office Suite) and administrative tools.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Fluency in English and working knowledge of Spanish.
