Job Overview
At HOERBIGER, we are looking for a part-time HR Officer (m/f/d) at our Ammerbuch site. In this role, you will be a trusted partner for managers and employees, supporting the full employee lifecycle while also contributing strategically to HR projects. You will not only manage administrative HR processes but also actively shape the future of our people strategy by implementing corporate policies, driving employee development, and strengthening collaboration with leadership and employee representatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end HR support for employees, from onboarding to exit.
- Ensure accurate and smooth payroll in collaboration with the Shared Service Center.
- Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on all HR-related topics.
- Collaborate with the Works Council, managing co-determination processes constructively.
- Manage the full recruitment process for specialists, from job posting to hiring.
- Implement corporate HR policies and execute HR projects at the local level.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and succession management.
- Identify employee potential and implement targeted development and training measures.
- Support organizational development, team coaching, and moderation when required.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field, or equivalent qualification.
- Several years of professional HR experience.
- Solid knowledge of labor, social security, and works council legislation in Germany.
- Strong advisory, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Confident communication skills in both German and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- High level of initiative, responsibility, resilience, and hands-on attitude.
- Experience in group moderation or coaching is a plus.
