Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack items according to customer orders.
• Ensure efficient organization of products within the warehouse or storage area.
• Maintain high standards of quality and freshness for all perishable goods.
• Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
• Perform inventory checks and assist in restocking shelves as needed.
• Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a picker, warehouse, or logistics role (5+ years preferred for Mid-Senior).
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move packages.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
