Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic channel development plans for Home Care products in hyper and supermarket accounts.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and sales data to identify growth opportunities and optimize channel strategies.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure effective implementation of channel initiatives.
- Manage commercial relationships with key retail partners, including negotiation of terms and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market performance to maintain a competitive edge.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of channel strategies and campaigns, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in strategic planning, channel development, or key account management within FMCG, preferably in Home Care.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English is highly desirable.
