Key Responsibilities

• Develop appropriate construction methods and sequences for projects, coordinating with the Site Manager.
• Plan and oversee the program of work, anticipating labor, material, equipment, and technical demands.
• Present work schedules using visual aids like bar charts and procedures diagrams.
• Establish and monitor the critical path, ensuring subcontractors’ programs align with project goals.
• Update the program regularly, collecting data from the site and relevant personnel.
• Monitor progress, identify deviations, and inform stakeholders of any delays.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, with villa and high-rise building project experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Primavera 6, MS Office, and MS Project.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage and track subcontractors’ progress.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
